  • We are seeking an experienced leader to head our pastry division, overseeing high-volume baking and production operations.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to oversee daily production, manage inventory logistics, and maintain strict quality control standards. This role requires a disciplined production manager who can effectively execute high-volume manufacturing while ensuring consistency in product quality across all orders, whether for small tastings or large corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Lead daily production activities, focusing on efficient execution of sponge cake and substrate mixing and baking processes.
  • Precision Confectionery: Develop and produce refined confectionery items such as macarons, chocolates, and cookies, adhering to the highest standards of quality.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the master production schedule, workflow management, inventory & cost control, and facility standards to ensure seamless operation.
