Service Operations Director

Gjelina LV seeks an accomplished Senior Hospitality Leader to lead front-of-house operations and drive exceptional guest service.

• Oversee floor management, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor FOH team members to achieve peak performance.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicate menu items and promotions.
• Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards through diligent oversight.
• Assist with staff training, inventory management, POS updates, and daily reporting.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and management on feedback and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hospitality experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong service knowledge, effective communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
• Food Handler Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for enhanced guest interactions.
