Prep Cook Specialist

At a prestigious dining establishment, we're seeking part-time Prep Cook Specialists to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing dishes according to recipes and the chef's specifications, working closely with other team members to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

• Prepare ingredients, measure portions, and cook food items promptly
• Maintain optimal food temperatures and store food safely in designated areas
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required by guidelines
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized at all times

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook
• Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and take directions effectively
• Basic math skills to understand recipe measurements and proportions accurately

• Manual dexterity to chop, mix, and blend foods and liquids with ease
• Ability to carry large pans and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions throughout the shift
