- Lead the day-to-day operations of our bakery and café
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Collaborate with other department heads to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of management experience in food and beverage, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
