Operations Director

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our bakery and café

• Collaborate with other department heads to achieve business objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of management experience in food and beverage, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
