Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Midtown Athletic Club is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and cafe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize sales.
- Cultivate strong relationships with employees, members, and suppliers.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
- Supervise employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular evaluations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
