Daily Operations Manager

• Analyze inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely orders.
• Monitor product turnover and control waste while achieving sales targets.
• Maintain signage and promotional displays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for merchandising products.
• Ensure store appearance meets company standards.
• Maintain positive working relationships with vendors.
• Support leadership during inventories and special projects.
• Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.

About this Role:

This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of our bakery, coffee, and juice departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a high level of organization.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in retail or food service preferred.
