• Prior experience within a restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company is highly valued.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, residents, and guests, and demonstrate ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment and tools found within the hospitality/health care industry with precision.
• Hold current sanitation certification.
• Utilize strong written communication skills, and interpret instructions accurately.
• Maintain reliable attendance, providing timely service to internal and external customers and supporting uninterrupted business operations.
• Be sensitive to the needs of older adults and enjoy working with a senior population.
