Store Team Operations Manager

• You will assist in overseeing store operations, ensuring profitability, controlling expenses, managing purchasing, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects as assigned by senior management.
• You are responsible for developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and job satisfaction.

• Create visually appealing store layouts and product displays that showcase our products effectively.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales targets, purchase orders, and optimal labor distribution.
• Help analyze sales reports, labor data, and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches.
• Develop strong vendor relationships, establish new partnerships, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Act as a liaison between team members and senior management to resolve conflicts or address concerns.
• Function as the store's point person in charge when senior management is absent.
• Maintain exceptional standards of retail execution, including maintaining high-quality store displays and customer service.
• Foster an environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and excellent morale among team members.
• Monitor customer flows and needs, directing team members as needed to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to maintain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.
• Consistently communicate and embody the organization's vision and goals.
