Position Summary

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our Charleston team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on person who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values both people and process. The AGM supports daily operations, guides and trains the FOH team, and partners with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to ensure a wonderful guest experience. 

Responsibilities include:

Training and leading the FOH team to deliver exceptional hospitality

Managing schedules, collaborating in the hiring process, and leading training

Maintaining consistency in service and product standards

Supporting administrative tasks 

Supporting overall operational and financial performance

Requirement: 

A passion for people, hospitality, food, and beverage 

Minimum two years of experience with specialty coffee 

Minimum one year of management and  leadership experience

Open availability

Highly organized, efficient, and adaptable

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
