What You'll Do

• Support daily operations across bar, floor, and service
• Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house teams
• Maintain McGonagle's standards for service, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties
• Handle guest relations with confidence and warmth
• Uphold health & safety and compliance requirements
• Step into full management responsibilities when requireD

• Experienced in fast-paced hospitality (pub/restaurant/bar)
• A natural leader with strong communication skills
• Calm, organised, and solution-focused during busy service
• Guest-driven with a genuine love for Irish hospitality
• Able to motivate a diverse team and foster a positive culture
