Senior Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Sushi Chef to enhance our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in nigiri sushi making, possess excellent knife skills, and demonstrate the ability to break down fish such as fluke, sea bream, and blue tuna.
