Operations Manager

• Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting excellent customer service.

• Analyze sales data, reports, and labor to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.

• Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising.

• Work with senior management to achieve business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 18+ months retail experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach your team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

• Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.

• Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.05-$35.00 hourly, commensurate with experience. We also provide:
