A well-established, high-volume full-service restaurant in the Berwyn market has a job opening for a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of FOH & BOH departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on retention and company culture.
- Maintain superior guest service standards and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
- Manage scheduling, labor control, and inventory management to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to uphold quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Implement systems and operational best practices to enhance productivity and elevate the guest experience.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Promote the brand with professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of General Manager or AGM experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven success in operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial management.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with training, coaching, and team development.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
