Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

About
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality food and timely service execution by directing the team and expediting service.
- Partner with Front of House and Back of House team members to enforce systems, routines, and checklists.
- Educate FOH Team Members on all aspects of food menu & culinary procedures through tastings and staff presentations.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with dining room leaders and line staff at all times.
- Implement kitchen management practices that meet Daily Provisions' specifications and commitment to culinary excellence.
- Develop and maintain Line Cooks, BOH Team Members, and all hourly team members through training and development.
Requirements for Success:
- At least 2 years of experience in culinary/kitchen leadership and casual dining.
- Excellent food & beverage knowledge and passion for culinary excellence and exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all teams.
- Experience in training and developing Back of House Team members.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Certification in a Hospitality-related field, or equivalent, preferred.
