Professional Baker Opportunity

Experience the thrill of working in a remote culinary community as a skilled Baker. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods for our guests and staff.

• You must have a proven track record of baking expertise, with at least two years of professional experience in a bakery or pastry shop.
• Familiarity with sourdough is a plus, as well as proficiency in various baking disciplines.
• You should be able to operate industrial mixers, deck ovens, convection ovens, dough sheeters, ice cream machines, and bread slicers.
