About
As a key member of our culinary team, the executive culinary manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production and presentation.
- Culinary Leadership:
- Direct and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently prepared and presented to our customers.
- Collaborate with chefs and cooks to develop new menu items and enhance existing ones.
Requirements:
- A strong background in cooking and a passion for creating innovative cuisine.
- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and discipline staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of kitchen management software and tools is a plus.
Availability:
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
