Executive Culinary Manager Position

As a key member of our culinary team, the executive culinary manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production and presentation.

  • Culinary Leadership:
  • Direct and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently prepared and presented to our customers.
  • Collaborate with chefs and cooks to develop new menu items and enhance existing ones.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in cooking and a passion for creating innovative cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and discipline staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of kitchen management software and tools is a plus.

Availability:

  • Must be available to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
