Senior Operations Manager

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee daily operations at our food hall location. You will lead and mentor staff, and collaborate directly with leadership to elevate the guest experience.

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage inventory, monitor demand, and maintain an efficient supply chain while minimizing waste.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff; ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on culinary direction, menu development, and quality control.
• Track inventory, monitor demand, and maintain an efficient supply chain.
• Complete daily log reports and communicate operational updates to the leadership team.
• Ensure full implementation of all company standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of team members.
• Guide menu choices and provide warm, friendly customer service.
• Step into front-of-house or back-of-house roles when needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and report urgent issues promptly.
• Consistently uphold recipe accuracy, portioning, and service standards.
