• A minimum of 2-4 years of culinary management experience
• A culinary arts degree or equivalent is highly preferred
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of modern culinary techniques
• Ability to motivate and train hourly team members to achieve exceptional results
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional dishes and presentations
• Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and drive revenue growth
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
