Job Overview:

We're seeking a talented leader to join our team as an Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in managing daily operations, driving sales growth, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Team Leader in achieving profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects goals.
  • Lead and develop team members by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Ensure a positive company image by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product displays that drive sales and engagement.
  • Work with the Team Leader to analyze sales reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Resolve team concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Serve as point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • Set and achieve high standards of retail execution, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate and model the company's vision, mission, and values consistently, inspiring team members to do the same.
  • Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, helping team members grow and develop their skills.
Requirements:
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for our products, core values, and company philosophy.

  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures, with proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory.
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
  • Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling objects.
  • Bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching for objects at various heights.
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperature extremes.
  • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions, with occasional use of ladders and heavy machinery.
