Prepared Foods Associate

Are you passionate about food and serving others? We have a fantastic opportunity for a team member to join our prepared foods team. Your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salad, and pizza.

• Prepare and serve hot and cold foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Sample products to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about our offerings.
• Stock hot and cold cases with prepared foods from the kitchen, walk-in preparation area, and refrigerators, maintaining optimal product rotation and freshness.
• Check product dates for freshness and rotate stock accordingly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized working environment, bailing and consolidating recyclables as needed.
• Support Team Leaders in organizing volume and seasonal items, ensuring effective inventory management.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in periodic inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and dressed, ready to work all scheduled shifts and attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, and modeling suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality, following established health and sanitation protocols.
