• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring seamless service and exceptional quality control
• Develop and implement menu items, working closely with our Chef de Cuisine to create innovative and mouth-watering dishes
• Manage food costs and labor budgets, optimizing profitability and efficiency
• Collaborate with the Pastry Sous Chef to maintain high standards of presentation and taste
• Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant
• Proven track record of leadership, team coordination, and financial management
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach colleagues
• Advanced knowledge of knife skills, recipe development, and quality control procedures
