What you'll do in this role:

• Motivate, mentor and develop a large team of cooks  
• Manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume/high standard scratch kitchen
• Assist and float through all kitchen stations
• Cook great food in a modern kitchen
• Manage a team a 35 person culinary team
• Ordering/scheduling/inventory and various other admin duties

What we're looking for in a Sous Chef candidate:

• High volume kitchen management experience
• A great developer and mentor of people
• Must love great food and hospitality
• Genuine and humble yet passionate
• Strong work ethic
