We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to oversee the culinary program at our second restaurant.

Our focus is on Spanish pinxtos bars, and we require a candidate with expertise in this area.

• Culinary Program Oversight
• Recipe Development and Documentation
• Kitchen Standards Creation and Maintenance
• Labor and Food Cost Management
• Purchasing and Prep List Management

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in kitchen management, preferably in independent restaurants with a focus on local ingredients and farmers.

Experience with Spanish cuisine is highly desirable.

This role involves leading the culinary team and driving menu development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food costs, labor costs, and maintaining high-quality kitchen standards.

They will work closely with suppliers to source local ingredients and develop purchasing lists. Additionally, they will be responsible for recipe development, documentation, and implementation.

• Develop and implement recipes and menus that meet our culinary standards
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Manage labor and food costs to maintain profitability
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine and cooking techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Experience with inventory management and cost control systems
