As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing new & old heat pumps, gas furnaces, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become larger issues.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
* Ensure all work is completed safety and to state & local codes.
* Work with customers to provide expert HVAC advice and solutions to meet their specific needs.
* Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job with iPad/customer service software.
* Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
*Qualifications / Requirements:*
* Possess and maintain a current Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License 3-5 years.
* Possess and maintain Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
* Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
* HVAC certification or relevant trade school diploma.
* NATE certification is plus.
* Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, carry or maneuver heavier items.
* Work off Ladders, Lifts, and on Roof Tops when necessary.
* Willingness to work in various weather conditions and occasionally in tight spaces.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,760.00 - $62,400.00 per year
