*Position Summary*
The LPN Charge Nurse supports the daily clinical operations of their assigned unit while guiding and mentoring CNAs. This role is key to ensuring our residents receive high-quality, person-directed care and that our team works together with respect and purpose.
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a warm, resident-centered environment
* Lead and support CNAs with clear communication, teamwork, and mentorship
* Complete clinical documentation, medication administration, and care coordination
* Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate needs to the RN, provider, or interdisciplinary team
* Promote a positive environment grounded in teamwork, dignity, and respect
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
* Support The Maples’ Eden journey by fostering meaningful engagement with residents
*Qualifications*
* Current *Michigan LPN license* in good standing
* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
* Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
* Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-directed care
* Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and maintain a positive work culture
*Schedule*
* *Full-time and part-time roles available*
* Day, Afternoon, or Midnight shifts may be available
* Every-other-weekend rotation required

Pay: $31.66 - $33.87 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
