Join our Systems & Integration team as a Systems Administrator and become the go-to expert for keeping our operations efficient and data accurate. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the day-to-day tasks within our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system – Big Change, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Maintaining the integrity of asset data and supporting system users.
* Assisting with reporting and providing insights that help the business make smarter decisions.
* Playing a key role in the smooth operation of our CAFM system under the guidance of the CAFM Manager.

*For—the Responsibilities *
*Data Entry & Maintenance*
* Accurately input and update asset data in the Big Change CAFM system, including new registrations, team changes, and maintenance records.
* Keep vehicle and asset registers up to date with key details like registration, type, make/model, and tracking links.
* Validate and clean existing data for accuracy and consistency. Upload essential documents (warranties, manuals, service reports) to the Big Change reference library.
*Operational Support*
* Build new contracts in Big Change, including PPM schedules, asset lists, and job templates.
* Work closely with the Contract Lifecycle Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts.
* Assist with data migration and user account setup for operational teams.
* Perform routine checks to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
*Reporting Assistance*
* Generate standard reports on jobs, tasks, and assets.
* Support the CAFM Manager with tailored data extractions for deeper insights.
*User Support & Guidance*
* Be the first point of contact for engineers using the Big Change app—helping with timesheets, service sheets, and job completion.
* Onboard new users and provide guidance on workflows. Escalate complex issues to the CAFM Manager when needed.
*System & Process Adherence*
* Follow established data entry standards and workflow protocols.
* Spot opportunities for process improvements and help make them happen.

* *Proactive Learner:* Keen to embrace new systems and processes, including updates to the Big Change platform.

* *Big Change Knowledge:* Familiarity with the platform is a big plus.
* *FM Industry Experience:* Understanding of facilities management or similar sectors.
* *Asset Compliance Knowledge:* Awareness of asset lifecycles and compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
