*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and support field nursing staff across pediatric and intermittent care cases.
* Manage scheduling for RNs to ensure timely case openings and continuity of care.
* Conduct orientation and training for caregivers and nurses.
* Oversee *Quality Assurance* and ensure compliance with *State, Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards*.
* Assist with operational duties and strategic initiatives.
* Interview, hire, and evaluate field nurses.
*Qualifications*
* *Active RN license in Pennsylvania*
* *3–5 years of Home Health Agency experience* (not hospital, rehab, or LTC)
* Prior supervisory or ADON experience
* Familiarity with EMR systems and home health documentation
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
