We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate sales professional to join our team.

As a Retail Floor Associate , you will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our retail stores. Working collaboratively with your team, you will build meaningful relationships with customers and assist them in finding effective health product solutions. You will develop expertise in a wide range of products—including orthopedic bracing, compression therapy, mobility aids, and wound and continence care—and apply your knowledge to educate, assess, measure, fit, and support customers in selecting products that enhance their quality of life.
What you'll do
- Customer-Centric Sales: Build positive customer relationships, empathetically assess customer needs, deliver product education, recommend tailored solutions, and upsell and cross-sell appropriate items and services.
- Product Mastery: Expand and develop your technical understanding of home medical products to accurately suggest, measure, and physically fit customers with solutions, and provide education on proper use and maintenance.
- Merchandising: Keep displays and merchandise looking fresh, full, visually inviting, and easy to navigate.
- Order Management: Process customer orders and payments, manage store pickups, backorders, and returns, count inventory, and create and maintain accurate customer records in our systems.
- Value-Added Offerings: Manage equipment rentals, support basic mobility safety assessments, and confidently refer customers for services from ostomy consultation to home modification.
- Team Collaboration and Training: Foster a results-oriented team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting your own team as well as collaborating across departments to enhance the customer experience.

- Safely lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs independently.
- Safely standing/walking/crouching/kneeling for extended periods.
Education & experience
- High school diploma.
- 2+ years proven customer service experience.
- Point-of-sale experience (Shopify POS experience is an asset).
- Experience upselling, cross-selling, and merchandising.
- Previous training in company products, services, and fulfillment channels is an asset.
- Previous training in a relevant medical field may be an asset.
- Standard First Aid certificate is an asset.

Job Type: Permanent. Full-Time
Availability: Monday - Saturday, 5 days/week
