Job Summary:
The function of the Assistant Store Manager is to ensure that all aspects of the application operation are being completed within the time requirements specified. They manage daily production reports as it pertains to installation, in plant repairs, material usage and escalation of any personnel issues. The Assistant Store Manager is also in charge of vehicle management and will act as the liaison between PDI operations and the installation operations.CORE DUTIES
Installation / PDI planning and reporting.
Oversee the operation and the Facility in the Facility Managers absence.
Ensures the process is adequately documented and the WIP is being well controlled.
Takes and active role in solving issues in the process or bottlenecks.
Oversees the Quality Control team and the QC inspection
Ensure process performance as well as a 5S lean work environment.
Oversee operational, risk and audit activities including internal/external or ISO 9001 audits.
Implement process standardization as well as changes.
Coordinate production planning.
Ensure that all functions within the team follow relevant procedures and are compliant with regulatory requirements and follow best practice.
Implement corrective actions when needed.
Strategically manage operations resources in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsible for management and personnel-related issues such as:
Illness registration
Days off
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Secure a clean and safe working area for the XPEL Team
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experienced in managing a team
Excellent communication skills
Graduation Certificate, Secondary Vocational School
Fluent in the English and local language
Experienced in the use of MS Office
Courteous attitude towards fellow employees in a multi-cultural environment
