About
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business growth targets.
Manage, mentor and scale a national and international sales team.
Drive revenue growth across OEM, distribution and integrator channels.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers within OEMs and large-scale security providers.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for product expansion.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to influence product roadmap and market positioning.
Oversee forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting to Board level.
Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows and partner meetings.
Experience & Requirements
Proven track record as Sales Director, Head of Sales or Senior Commercial Leader within security systems, electronic hardware, device manufacturing or related OEM environments.
Strong knowledge of physical security hardware (e.g., access control, surveillance, sensors, perimeter protection, communication devices).
Experience managing complex OEM or hardware-based solution sales cycles.
Demonstrated successes in scaling sales teams and driving sustained revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to engage at C-suite level.
Technical aptitude with ability to translate complex product features into customer solutions.
Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required Excellent salary, plus company car and excellent benefits including enhanced pension, holiday, medical etc.
