About
What youll do at UiPath Leadership & Strategy
Build lead and mentor a high-performing solution engineering team
Define and execute the solution engineering strategy in alignment with International goals and revenue objectives.
Establish best practices for discovery solution design demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Customer Engagement
Partner closely with Sales leadership to support strategic opportunities and drive deal closure.
Engage with C-level executives to position the companys software value proposition.
Guide solution engineers and architects in tailoring solutions that address customer business challenges.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work with Product Management and Engineering to align product roadmaps with market needs.
Collaborate with Marketing to support go-to-market initiatives messaging and competitive positioning.
Drive internal enablement programs to keep the solution engineering team current on product updates market trends and sales methodologies.
Operational Excellence
Define metrics and KPIs to measure solution engineering impact pipeline influence and overall effectiveness.
Ensure consistency and quality across solution demonstrations RFP responses and technical documentation.
Champion tools processes and methodologies that improve solution engineering productivity and scalability.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in solution engineering solution consulting or technical sales within the enterprise software industry (SaaS automation AI cloud or related technologies preferred).
3 years of leadership experience managing regional solution engineering teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures integration strategies and digital transformation trends.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in driving solution engineering strategies that accelerate sales cycles and revenue growth.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field (MBA preferred).
Self‑motivated proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
