About

About Ready, Set, Move

From the woman behind Aqua Essence Swim Academy, opening in early 2026, Ready, Set, Move believes that movement is the foundation for confidence, connection, and lifelong health. Our programs provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can explore and develop their fine and gross motor skills while building the teamwork, confidence, and joy that comes from moving and learning together.

We focus on helping children master the basic movement skills - transport skills, manipulative skills, and coordination skills - which are essential for developing physical literacy and a lifelong love of being active.

Through creative play, guided activities, and teamwork, we help every child gain the skills, confidence and joy to move through life with energy and enthusiasm
