In this mid-level sales role, you are a salaried/commissioned employee of this exciting and growing company and have the opportunity to impact and influence its continued success.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value-driven solutions to clients. You'll be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify leads, manage leads and acquire new business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across various sectors (e.g., education, healthcare, corporate, retail)
- Promote and sell a range of printing solutions including hardware (Printers, copiers, MFDs), software, and digital signage
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Achieve established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Daily update of the CRM Tool (Compass) with activities and ensuring the systems accuracy in regards to your accounts.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Participate in weekly forecast reviews with the Sales Manager to track progress and refine strategy
- Operate from a remote office while maintaining a strong presence in the Kitchener/Waterloo territory
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Who You Are:
- A motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships, driving new business and closing deals
- Comfortable working independently and managing a remote territory
- Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- must have a reliable vehicle
