About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing consulting and systems integration organization is seeking a Bilingual (French & English) Salesforce Business Analyst  to join its team in Montréal. This role is essential in bridging business needs with Salesforce capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support enhancements, optimize processes, and maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.

  • Translate business needs into Salesforce-ready specifications and solution designs.

  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other platform features.

  • Work closely with developers and administrators to implement enhancements and customizations.

  • Conduct end-user training and prepare training documentation.

  • Assist with data analysis, data mapping, and data migration activities.

  • Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency through Salesforce capabilities.


Requirements Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

  • Mandatory bilingual proficiency in French and English.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.

  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (e.g., workflows, validation rules, process automation).

  • Familiarity with data management, data migration, and integration concepts.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or others) are an asset.

  • Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
