About
We are looking for an energetic full-time Office Manager to join our growing team This individual we are looking for has strong communication skills both written and oral, good time-management, and able to multitask.
MUST be personable, highly-organized, and detail-oriented. This position allows for growth, therefore a willingness to learn is essential.
This position is not recommended for students returning to school. This position begins at 35hrs/week and can potentially increase to 40hrs/week. You must be available for the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 2pm
Duties include:
- Managing the front desk (Answering phones, scheduling, emailing, taking payments)
- Maintaining flow in the office
- Purchasing office supplies
- Process billings with MPI, WCB, and Blue Cross
- Marketing on Social Media accounts
Starting wage is dependent upon job experience and responsibilities. We offer above-average wages for experienced and motivated individuals. Pay can range anywhere from $18.00/hour to $20.00/hour. Training starts at $16.50/hour.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, or as a medical administrative position
- Tech savy with social media & computer systems (Platinum)
- Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the clinic and the doctor
- Be able to learn, adapt and problem-solve
