About

As an Infrastructure Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between business partners and IT teams (infrastructure, networking, office automation, cybersecurity). You will analyze needs, propose innovative solutions, and support projects from start to finish.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Analyze and model the business domain (infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity).

Support the project delivery manager in identifying and defining opportunities.

Assist partners by defining business requirements.

Determine and manage business requirements using various techniques.

Prioritize and manage requirements to facilitate implementation.

Communicate and present concrete solutions.

Provide advice and support to partners.

Mentor less experienced team members.

Define essential business analysis methods, processes, and tools.

Contribute to quality controls and assist users during testing.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's is an asset.

5+ years of experience in IT.

Ability to identify and translate business requirements into use cases.

Experience implementing administrative systems.

Ability to assess costs, risks, and profitability of IT projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Workspace tools.

Strong client relationship and customer service skills.

IIBA certification is an asset.
