*Position Summary*
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Orthopaedics team. In this role, you will work with a multidisciplinary team of orthopaedic physicians, surgeons, and rehabilitation specialists to deliver individualized treatment plans that restore function and improve patient outcomes. *Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and assess patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
* Develop and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans.
* Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention.
* Collaborate closely with orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals.
* Document patient progress accurately in accordance with UF Health standards.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy and orthopaedic care.
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
* Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
* Previous orthopaedic or outpatient rehab experience preferred.
* Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
