Matching the best Marketing and PR candidates with top clients throughout the UK- Message me to find out more! My client are a growing Digital Marketing agency that are seeking a hands‑on Head of Digital Marketing to execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on direct implementation, data‑driven decision making, and driving measurable growth in a fast‑moving environment. You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, launch new digital initiatives, and play a key role in accelerating company‑wide growth.
Salary - Up to £100K
Location - Shrewsbury (on-site)
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and link building.
Develop and manage social media campaigns, creating content and engaging with audiences.
Write compelling ad copy, build and optimise landing pages, and improve conversion funnels.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data‑driven optimisations.
Build integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform‑specific tools.
Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage marketing budgets and optimise spend across channels to maximise ROI.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong SEO knowledge with practical experience in keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and link building.
Experience developing and managing social media campaigns.
Skilled in writing high‑converting ad copy and optimising landing pages/conversion funnels.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
Experience in developing integrated digital marketing strategies.
Ability to monitor budgets and optimise marketing spend effectively.
Competence in conducting competitor and market research to drive growth opportunities.
