*Essential Duties:*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions including physical therapy techniques, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs.
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
* Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and discharge planning.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
* Stay current with best practices in PT / OT through ongoing professional development.
*Pay: $100-110* per visit (2-hrs) & *$125* for evaluations!

*Requirements:*
* PT / OT Virginia State licensure
* Reliable transportation
* Active BLS/CPR certification
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
* Skilled in managing care for patients across various settings including acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health environments
* Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation and communication purposes
* Strong background in orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, trigger point therapy, and outpatient physiotherapy techniques
* Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams
