*What We’re Looking For*
* *Proven Expertise*: *Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience* with a track record of solving tough challenges.
* *Clean Driving Record*: *Valid driver’s license with no DUIs in the past 5 years*.
* *Leadership Prowess*: Strong skills to guide, motivate, and train a team of technicians.
* *Customer Charm*: Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build trust and loyalty.
* *Certifications*: EPA certification required; *NATE certification* is a big plus!
