HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR (60%)

Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport (255 rooms) and Hyatt Place Zurich Airport (300 rooms) are just steps from the terminals and within the dynamic “Circle” district. Integrated within The Circle's vibrant ecosystem of retail, dining, and the Convention Center (17 meeting rooms + Convention Hall for up to 1,500 persons), this dual-hotel cluster is one of Hyatt's most visible showcases in Europe.

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our Human Resources team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional support to our colleagues and leaders. Your role is pivotal in creating a workplace where people feel cared for, empowered and inspired to thrive.

What you will do:

  • Support the HR team in all administrative and operational HR tasks across both hotels.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, from posting vacancies to scheduling interviews and onboarding new colleagues.
  • Organize and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops that foster development and service excellence.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance on HR processes and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to foster a culture of care, inclusion and continuous development.

What we are looking for:

You are a people person with an outgoing personality who loves connecting with others and making a positive impact. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy supporting others to succeed. Additionally:

  • Previous experience in facilitating trainings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A positive, approachable personality with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
