Are you a passionate Associate Dentist looking for the opportunity to have autonomy in a private practice setting? We're an established private practice in Bakersfield, CA, serving our community for over 30 years, and we're seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team. This is not a clinic - it's a place where you'll have full control over your treatment plans, patient care, and care team, allowing you to shape your practice and career. Our office accepts PPO and Cash Pay, but no HMO or Denti-Cal.
With over 500 new patients per month and a reputation for exceptional care and patient service, we're on track to reach $24 million in gross production this year. We have the volume to drive your schedule forward and be mentored by an experienced doctor.

*Job Details:*

* Schedule: Full-time, 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week, and weekend availability required (one weekend day per week).

Pay: $205,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
