*Your Role*
As the Lead Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
* Lead a team of speech therapists by supporting performance, mentorship, and professional development
* Help shape a positive, collaborative work culture in line with our values
* Provide direct therapy services (reduced caseload), modeling best practices in care
* Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
* Collaborate with our administrative and leadership team on initiatives, data reviews, and quality improvement efforts
* Advocate for clinical staff needs and support sustainable, family-centered care
*Lead Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications (3 yrs pediatric therapy exp req)*
* Licensed and credentialed Speech Therapist in North Carolina
* Minimum 3 years of pediatric therapy experience
* Prior supervisory, lead therapist, or mentoring experience preferred
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Passion for developing clinicians and helping children thrive

Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $73,700.00 - $90,000.00 per year
