Player Coach , you will not only engage in outbound calls but also conduct Zoom meetings to educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on oncology therapeutics. You'll play an essential role in enhancing brand visibility, improving product adoption, and providing valuable sales, customer service, and administrative support. Your dynamic remote outreach will involve using digital platforms like phone, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to deliver crucial clinical, product, and access messaging aligned with our client's strategic objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with HCPs by understanding their practice needs and personalizing your approach. Collaborate with our client's regional business directors to execute territory business plans that drive demand and meet sales targets. You'll use CRM and digital analytics to manage engagement strategies effectively, ensuring outreach efforts are prioritized based on insightful data and territory segmentation. With a deep understanding of the product, clinical profiles, and oncology treatment guidelines, you will continuously train to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance. Partner with field sales leadership and marketing teams to maintain aligned messaging and strategize effectively, providing market intelligence and feedback to enhance brand and sales planning. Additionally, facilitate handoffs of secondary, follow-up, or live HCP appointment opportunities to the appropriate Oncology Account Managers. Required Qualifications Four-year College Degree required 3 to 5 years of experience in Rare Disease or Oncology sales or sales management Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships Track record of accurate sales activity records Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding territory sales goals Experience with Salesforce and Veeva preferred Advanced problem-solving, listening, and decision-making skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to convey complex product-related information in a professional manner Open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance Strong multitasking abilities across various systems Reliable, punctual, and committed work ethic Adaptability to meet evolving business needs Private, quiet workspace required Experience managing Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring quality and compliance Skills in developing and guiding Inside Sales Representatives Ability to conduct performance reviews and manage personnel issues Monitor ISR calls to motivate and support achievement of sales objectives Maintain regular and timely communication with Client and Project Lead Assist in planning and delivering training and sales meetings Preferred Qualifications Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Rare Disease, or Oncology Sales management Success in fully virtual or inside sales roles Familiarity with buy-and-bill or specialty pharmacy models Experience in a matrix or co-promote environment Join a team that is dedicated to transforming the lives of patients through innovative medical treatments.
