Speech and Language Therapist – Join Our Clinical Team Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (DOE) Basic Grade: from £33,000+ Specialist: from £39,500+ Highly Specialist: from £48,000+ Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days – flexible) | Full-time option available Contract: Permanent (term-time only or flexible full-time arrangements)Why Join Us? The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will: Deliver bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions for pupils with complex communication needs Work collaboratively with education teams using trauma-informed and neurodiverse-affirming approaches Manage your own caseload with support from clinical supervisors Contribute to staff training, consultation, and service developmentEssential Criteria Degree in Speech & Language Therapy HCPC Registration Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RCSLT member Experience supporting individuals with complex communication profiles Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practiceBenefits £2,000 CPD training allowance Life Assurance & Pension Scheme Mental & physical health support services 80% work hours for 100% pay (after probation) Enhanced family support (maternity/paternity, fertility treatment) Discounts, Cycle to Work & Electric Car Scheme Critical illness coverInterested?
