Mirata Software is looking for a motivated and experienced QA Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our QA team. As QA Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring of the quality assurance tests. The QA analyst will serve the quality assurance expert as part of a focused agile development team. This role will require strong communication between the team members.
Core Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand functional requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases.
* Test planning and execution of web applications, windows app, and mobile apps.
* Conduct smoke, functional, regression, integration, and end to end testing.
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and resolve defects.
* Execute test cases for all sprint user stories and documentation of any product defects.
* Review logs and troubleshoot the issues and communicate findings to the development team.
* Documenting product defects and validation of post-defect resolutions
* Work with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray)
* Creating and maintaining QA artifacts
* Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications needed:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
* 3+ years of experience in Software testing with hands on knowledge of manual and automated testing
* Experience in web and mobile testing
* Experience working in an agile development process.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Ability to evaluate QA tools.
* Familiarity with Jira, Xray, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, React, Amazon web service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
