Role Overview: Sales Representative
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding needs and providing customized solutions. Conduct engaging presentations and product/service demonstrations for prospective customers. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communication in the CRM. Partner closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client journey. Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor insights to strengthen positioning.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience; proven ability to build rapport and close business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
