Your Key Responsibilities: Understand and recommend Orkin’s termite protection services effectively to customers. Perform comprehensive inspections of homes, addressing everything from attics to crawlspaces. Utilize active listening skills to identify customer needs and articulate practical, innovative solutions confidently. Prospect new business and manage assigned leads, supported by our robust advertising budget. Schedule and conduct sales appointments in potential customers’ homes, demonstrating how Orkin's products and services offer them peace of mind. Inspect both the interior and exterior of properties using the training provided. Make informed recommendations based on inspections, answering questions, and setting clear expectations. Utilize the supplied iPad to prepare sales agreements and organize your work efficiently. What We Offer: Competitive earnings and a company vehicle with a gas card after route assignment. Average first-year earnings between $70,000 and $100,000+ (base plus commission). Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; no experience needed! Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification (company-paid). Independently work in the field while providing exceptional service to clients. Work Environment: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limitations. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops while climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
