Your Role

• Engage customers both in-person and online to guide them through every step of the buying process.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads to build lasting relationships.
• Use social media and digital tools to promote inventory and attract new clients.
• Deliver honest, transparent service that builds trust and repeat business.
• Collaborate with management and finance teams to complete sales efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury or pre-owned an asset).
• Valid OMVIC certification and G-class driver's license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in prospecting, networking, and closing deals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.

Pay: $75,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
