The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Wedding and Events Logistics Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an exceptionally organized and outgoing individual who is committed to providing superb customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be creative, have an eye for detail and love everything about the events industry. This position will report directly to the owners and work with the management team to ensure the highest quality of food and world class customer service.

General Responsibilities

The Wedding and Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing weddings/events, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The duties include, but are not limited too:

  • Answering phone calls & email inquiries
  • Touring ceremony & event spaces
  • Answering client questions via phone, email & in-person
  • Meeting with clients to go over timeline, event menu, wedding details & floor plans
  • Creating & customizing event floor plans
  • Scheduling appointments such as the final details meeting, tastings & rehearsals
  • Accepting & handling of payments
  • Coordinating the wedding ceremony, grand entrances & dinner start time
  • Liaison between the client & operations manager and chef to ensure all the details are communicated
  • Working with Tripleseat, Word & Excel

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years Event Planning experience, and/or in a related field
  • Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays as required.
  • Must be able to execute all instructions with a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong commitment to quality and creativity.
  • Excellent with people and is well spoken with excellent verbal communication
  • Must be flexible in any high stress situation that may arise on event with an ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
